What this website is
This website provides information about residential property owned and managed by Rydill Holdings Limited and a channel for enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not create a tenancy, an agreement to let, or an agreement to invest. Nothing on this website is an offer of a financial product or investment advice.
Tenancies and terms
Rent, any fees, the length of the tenancy, what is included and what is not are confirmed in writing for the specific property and tenancy before anything is signed. Where we describe a property type or style of tenancy, that description is general and does not override the written terms of a particular tenancy.
Prices and payment
Rent and fees are quoted per property and per tenancy. We do not take payment through this website, and we do not publish blanket price lists, because pricing that is not tied to a specific home would be misleading.
Deposits
Deposits are handled through the protection scheme applicable to the tenancy concerned, and the deposit position is set out in the tenancy agreement and at check-out.
Maintenance and access
We coordinate repairs and maintenance as the owner. Tenants are asked to report faults promptly and to allow access for repairs and routine inspections with reasonable notice, as set out in the tenancy agreement.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee rental income, investment returns, capital growth, or that a property will be let within any particular period. Statements about what we do are descriptions of activity, not promises of result.
Cancellations and changes
If your circumstances change, contact us as early as you can. What can be changed, and any consequences, depend on the stage of the tenancy and are set out in the agreement that applies.

Governing law
These terms and any tenancy are governed by the law that applies to the property and the agreement concerned. Nothing on this website overrides your statutory rights.
